For over seventy years Fantini has been designing and manufacturing innovative products that have led the company to be the international point of reference for the evolution of design in its sector.
Founded in 1947 by brothers Giovanni and Ersilio, Fantini is still a family business today. It is located in Pella, on the shores of Lake Orta, a small and romantic lake nestling in the mountains of Piedmont, in the north-west of Italy, where metalworking has a long tradition and where over time districts manufacturing taps and household goods have been established. Water is the common thread that permeates everything the company does, and the lake is a constant presence, so much so that it represents Fantini’s true ‘Genius Loci’.

Waterfront: industry and natural landscape
The Fantini headquarters are located in an extraordinary site, in Pella, on the shores of Lake Orta in a special and probably unique position in the world.
We are surrounded by a scenario of rare beauty, a splendid landscape in which maintaining the balance between the presence of industry and the surrounding nature is a difficult challenge.
In this context, the factory, a pre-existing industrial building which has recently been renovated, links synergistically with the Casa Fantini-Lake Time project, which stands on the small square by the lake in the village of Pella. The two projects, designed by architect Piero Lissoni, represent two connected and complementary pieces of the same strategic and entrepreneurial vision of the company and its commitment to the enhancement of the territory.
These have been the company’s core values since its inception. They are based on professionalism, a desire to do things well and great respect for the individual and the environment.
All of this has a common denominator: a passion for what we do. The work of the company’s founders was based on these values. And today these same values are the foundation of the development strategy that guides the second generation and represent the deep soul of Fantini.
